This corner of Sector 3, HSR Layout is a leafy, settled residential grid with groceries, clinics, schools and parks all within a few hundred metres, and Hongasandra metro is a 20-minute walk. Commutes are typical for the city: 11 minutes to Silk Board and 23 to Koramangala, but up to 40-44 minutes to Bellandur/ORR or Embassy Tech Village at peak. Cauvery water reaches almost every home here. The main things to plan around are a daily parking squeeze on the lanes and confirming backup power and the building's flood exposure near 24th Cross before signing.
